What You Need to Do

  • Prepare to make confident decisions: Explore this site to discover your benefits and how they work together
  • Make sure you receive important messages: ​
    • Log into Benefits4MeEnroll.com to:
      • Keep your personal information up-to-date. Review your home address and phone number. If you need to make changes, log into HR4You and select Profile​.
      • Opt in to receive text messages. Get ready for short, critical reminders. Go to Profile > Personal Preferences > Contact Preferences > Edit​.
      • Considering opting into digital communications. Select Change My Benefits > Life Event > Update Communication Preference.
  • Between October 7 and October 21, 2026, elect your 2027 benefits. Log into Benefits4MeEnroll.com to review your options and current coverage (if enrolled). The system will walk you through the decisions you need to make for 2027.
    • ​Use the Decision Support Tool to compare your medical plan options. Choose “Decision Support” and “Compare Plans” while you’re in the system. ​
  • After Annual Enrollment ends, watch for important messages and requests.
    • You’ll need to verify any new dependent you add by providing documentation of your relationship, including a marriage certificate, domestic partner affidavit, birth certificate, or adoption decree. Refer to Who Is Eligible for details. ​
    • You may need to provide Evidence of Insurability as proof of good health when you enroll in certain levels of Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance or Spouse Life Insurance. ​
    • In December, you’ll receive: ​
      • An email notification that your 2027 Enrollment Summary is ready. Review to confirm your elections have been recorded correctly. ​
      • ID cards if you newly enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage. ​
      • An HSA Bank debit card, if you enroll in a tax-advantaged account for the first time.
